Coordinate with Central and Latin American operative offices regarding rights availability and programming royalty payments.

Drafted and negotiated international licensing and joint venture agreements; drafted foreign bank applications at Federal and State levels; researched and negotiated with German government authorities and the U.S. State Department regarding German Government Bonds; advise domestic and international clients regarding mergers & acquisitions, corporate matters, foreign investments, securities regulations, offshore transactions, asset protection, RICO foreclosures and Real Estate transactions.

Price Waterhouse (Madrid, Spain). Associate. Sole Common law attorney in 1,000 person firm. Worked in Legal, Tax, and European Community Departments. First chair responsibility for the negotiation and structuring of licensing, distribution and joint venture agreements in the software, insurance and construction sectors for major international public companies. Experienced in cross border leasing, banking regulations, international corporate acquisitions, Spanish and international taxation and foreign exchange. Negotiated, drafted and interpreted complex U.S. and Spanish contracts.
