Gerardo Vazquez's practice focuses primarily on representing foreign high net worth individuals and foreign business conducting transactions in the United States. Mr. Vazquez is actively involved in the strategy and operations of his clients' business, providing practical solutions and serving as a catalyst for launching and growing successful businesses.

Mr. Vazquez's practice also includes various areas of real property law. He represents both lenders and borrowers in connection with secured financings. His real estate practice includes both residential and commercial transactions as well as representation of developers and condominium documentation. Mr. Vazquez is a member of and an approved underwriter for Attorney's Title Insurance Fund and was recently awarded with membership to the President’s Club of the Fund.
